Representing the tax-payer in the course of tax proceeding and verifying actions pertaining to the representation of the tax-payer during the fiscal control, providing explanations regarding the subject of control
Making applications, complaints and writing all kinds of letters admitted in the administrative proceeding
Representing the customer in the Social Insurance Institution while arranging any matters related to insurance of entrepreneurs, persons that cooperate with them and employees, including also the control carried out by the ZUS supervisors
Acting as attorneys in the proceeding before the administrative courts in the matters related to tax obligations
Making appeals against decisions and complaints regarding administrative decisions or idleness of the authorities.
